Hang Dai at MoCCA Fest 2015

The authors of Hang Dai Editions (HDE) will be at MoCCA Fest this weekend, April 11 & 12th from 11am – 6pm, at Table 314 (Yellow Zone, 3rd floor), featuring Gregory Benton, Josh Neufeld, Dean Haspiel, and Seth Kushner ~ his first public appearance since beating Leukemia.

From the Society of Illustrators/MoCCA Fest website: “Mere steps from the High Line, MoCCA’s new host venue, Center 548, is located at 548 West 22nd Street (between 10th & 11th aves) among New York’s internationally renowned Chelsea galleries. The MoCCA Arts Festival will encompass three floors of exhibits, on site programming, a gallery of original art showcasing the work of special guests, and a café, alongside satellite events occurring at venues across the city in the days leading up to the fest. Admission to the 2015 MoCCA Arts Festival is $5 per day.  Tickets are available to purchase online or at the door.  Cash and credit cards accepted.”

Hang Dai will be debuting some new comix: Seth Kushner’s Secret Sauce, Gregory Benton’s Pocket Book 2, and Stake, Josh Neufeld’s The Vagabond’s #4, and Dean Haspiel’s Heart-Shaped Hole. HDE will also have other comix, graphic novels and prints from their regular catalog + doing onsite art commissions.
